These Terms govern your use of ProBoosts and any purchases made through our checkout. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
ProBoosts is not affiliated with Discord Inc. Any trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Orders & delivery
Delivery is initiated after successful payment and may require you to follow the instructions shown during checkout (for example, providing a server invite or account details needed for delivery).
You are responsible for ensuring your server settings, permissions, and DMs allow delivery. If delivery is blocked by your configuration, we may need you to update settings before we can complete the order.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use ProBoosts for fraud, chargeback abuse, or to violate Discord’s Terms of Service.
We only support legitimate delivery paths. We do not provide tools or instructions to exploit Discord systems.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the issue and order status. If an order has not been delivered and we can verify non-delivery, we’ll work with you to resolve it (delivery retry, replacement, or refund where appropriate).
If you have an issue, contact support first so we can fix it quickly. Unnecessary disputes can delay resolution.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProBoosts is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current version.
